We want you to love your purchase. Orders are eligible for return within five (5) days from the date of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note: Orders that include custom tailoring services (such as fall stitching, edging, or any alterations) are not eligible for return or cancellation.
3. Acceptable Return Reasons
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective: Eligible for Refund or Coupon Code.
- Incorrect Item Delivered: Eligible for Refund or Coupon Code.
- Size or Fit Issues: Eligible for Coupon Code only.
- Displeasure with Material / Personal Preference: Eligible for Coupon Code only.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email. Include your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Note: For damaged or incorrect items, you must attach clear photographs of the product, the price tag, and the packaging.
5. Return Shipping & Address
Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unaltered, and with price tags intact. Products must retain their original folding.
48-Hour Dispatch Window: Once your return request is accepted, you have a strict 48-hour window to process and dispatch the return products. If we do not receive sufficient tracking details or communication from you within 48 hours of acceptance, we reserve the right to cancel the total return process.
Logistics: For approved returns (damaged/incorrect items), we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to PIN code availability). If pickup is unavailable, or for other return reasons, shipping instructions will be provided via email.

6. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item.
- Approval: After the product reaches us, we can initiate the refund or coupon code.
- Value: Refunds apply only to the product value (excluding shipping charges).
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. This applies in situations where items are suddenly unavailable, out of stock, or under any other circumstances where fulfilling the order is not viable. If your order is canceled by us, you will be notified immediately and fully refunded.
