8. Condition of Returned Products: Items must be returned in their original condition—unaltered and unused—with the price tag (if applicable) still attached. The saree folding should remain intact.
9. Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickup is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in selected PIN codes.
10. Logistics Costs: We will cover the logistics costs for both outbound and return shipments.
