Shipping is free on every prepaid order, anywhere in India. Most parcels leave us the same day and reach you inside a week.
Every prepaid order ships free across India, with no minimum cart value. The price you see on the product is the price you pay, with no shipping line added at checkout. Cash on delivery carries a small handling fee, listed below.
From your order to your door
- We pack it by handEvery piece is checked and folded in Chilakaluripet before it goes into a tamper-proof packet. We pack and dispatch every day of the week.
- Dispatch, usually the same dayDelhivery or Shadowfax collects from us daily. Most orders are handed over the same day, and everything goes within 1-2 working days. You get the tracking number by SMS and email the moment it is picked up.

- DeliveredThe courier may call before arriving, so please keep the phone number on your order reachable. Once it is in your hands you have 5 days to raise a return if something is wrong.
How long it really takes
Counted from the day the order was placed, across a recent batch of delivered orders. These are real numbers, not a promise: a remote pincode, a festival week or bad weather can add days, and any delivery date given by a courier is an estimate.
Paying at the door
The cash on delivery fee is the courier's charge for collecting your money at the door and remitting it to us, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. Choosing UPI or card avoids it entirely.
Every order goes out in sealed, tamper-proof packaging. If the packet is torn, re-taped or already open when the courier hands it to you, please do not accept delivery. Send it back with them and message us the same day. Once a packet is accepted it is treated as having arrived sealed, and a claim becomes much harder to raise with the courier.

Common questions
My tracking has not moved for two days.
Scans often pause between hubs, especially over a weekend or a festival, and then jump several steps at once. If there has been no movement for three working days, send us your order ID on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Can I change my delivery address?
Only before the parcel is handed to the courier, which is often the same day you order, so message us immediately. After dispatch the address is locked in the courier's system and cannot be changed.
Why is there a fee on cash on delivery?
The courier charges us to collect cash at your door and remit it back to us, and that charge rises with the order value. We pass on that cost rather than raising our prices for everyone. Prepaid orders ship completely free.
Do you deliver to my pincode?
Almost certainly. Between Delhivery and Shadowfax we reach nearly every pincode in India. You can check yours on any product page before ordering, and it will also show the expected delivery time.
Do you ship during festivals?
We pack and dispatch on every working day, but courier networks slow down around big festivals and sale weeks. If you need a piece for a particular date, tell us when you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can make it.
